I have never been a big marzipan fan. As a child when given a box of chocolates the marzipan one was like ‘Billy no Mates’. It all had changed when I made these homemade bites. By using coconut milk, I made these bites dairy-free. Refined sugar has been replaced by zero calories powdered erythritol and pure maple syrup. To keep it healthy and delicious I used for drizzling 100% cacao dark chocolate. When you try these packed with minerals like iron and potassium bites it will make your day only better!

What I like most about these bites is that they are 100% raw. No baking required! Most importantly, all you need is one food processor, some nourishing ingredients and about 20 minutes of your time. If you are looking for a small luscious snack, that is under 100 calories and packed with great nourishing ingredients and fibre then you may want to to try this recipe below. Besides that, you can save your time by making a double batch and keeping these raw treats in the freezer, even up to a month.

Are you on a diet, or maybe you want to lose weight? You can have them too! Just skip the chocolate drizzle on the top and use fewer cranberries and almond flakes. If you like the combination of marzipan and cherries you may want to try my Velvety Almond and Cherry Pie or alternatively, if you prefer caramel and coconut then these raw sugar-free Bountwix bites will steal your heart!
